slow breakfast service centralized air conditioning

My stay had a few problems. The breakfast service was slow. It took a long time to get a coffee. The room lacked a full-length mirror, difficult to get ready. I also noticed the air conditioning had centralized control, limiting my ability to adjust the temperature in my room (this was frustrating).

helpful staff breakfast range quiet room missing fridge centralized ac shower caps

the staff were very helpful and offered advice. breakfast included a great range of options. the room was quiet, and the bed provided comfort. the location wasn't in the main tourist area, yet it was a short ride away.

there was no fridge in the room, only a chiller. i could not find a full-length mirror in the room. also, i found that the ac control was centralized. the shower caps did not prove waterproof.

i found the staff to be very courteous and cute. the hotel seemed super clean. the service felt world class (it was really excellent).

the hotel advertised itself as a five star hotel, but this is not entirely accurate. the room size felt small. i could hear everything happening in surrounding rooms.

the room was very comfortable and the staff were nice. they gave us useful advice about sightseeing. they even knew about my wife's birthday and presented her with a surprise birthday cake at breakfast. we loved the breakfast and also enjoyed the high tea in the afternoon as we checked in and again on our departure. it was so thoughtful.

the hotel advertises itself as a five star. but this is not the truth.

friendly staff clean room

the staff was friendly. the rooms was very comfy and tidy. buffet breakfast was lovely and afternoon tea was free daily. the check in was personalized and i sat and drank water while they did all the hard work.

i noticed they wanted to charge extra for getting there early. it was inconvenient.
